കോഴിക്കോട്‌ : പ്രമുഖ പരിസ്ഥിതി പ്രവര്‍ത്തകനായ സി. ആര്‍. നീലകണ്ഠനെ ഒരു സംഘം ഡി.വൈ.എഫ്.ഐ. പ്രവര്‍ത്തകര്‍ മര്‍ദ്ദിച്ചു പരിക്കേല്‍പ്പിച്ചു. പേരാമ്പ്ര പാലേരിയില്‍ “മാവോയിസ്റ്റുകള്‍ ഉണ്ടാകുന്നത്” എന്ന വിഷയത്തില്‍ പ്രതി ചിന്ത എന്ന സംഘടന സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച സംവാദത്തില്‍ മുഖ്യ പ്രഭാഷണം നടത്താന്‍ എത്തിയതായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. പ്രസംഗിക്കാന്‍ മൈക്കിനു മുന്‍പില്‍ എത്തി ആദ്യ വാചകം പറഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങിയ ഉടനെ ഒരു സംഘം ആളുകള്‍ വടികളും കസേരകളുമായി സ്റ്റേജിനു മുകളില്‍ കയറി നീലകണ്ഠനെ ആക്രമിച്ചു. അടിയേറ്റ് താഴെ വീണ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ചുറ്റും വളഞ്ഞു നിന്ന് ചവിട്ടിയും അടിച്ചും മര്‍ദ്ദനം തുടര്‍ന്നു. കൈ കാലുകള്‍ക്കും, വയറിനും, നെഞ്ചത്തും, ദേഹം ആസകലവും പരിക്കേറ്റ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ഏറെ നേരത്തേക്ക്‌ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ എത്തിക്കാനും ഇവര്‍ സമ്മതിച്ചില്ല.
സംഭവത്തിന്‌ ശേഷം ആക്രമിച്ച സംഘം ടൌണില്‍ പ്രകടനം നടത്തി. ഡി. വൈ. എഫ്. ഐ. പഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറി കെ. എം. സുരേഷ്, സി. പി. എം. ബ്രാഞ്ച് സെക്രട്ടറി കെ. വി. അശോകന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ പ്രകടനം നയിച്ചു.
താന്‍ പറയുന്നത് കേള്‍ക്കാന്‍ പോലും ക്ഷമ കാണിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ആക്രമിച്ചത് ഡി. വൈ. എഫ്. ഐ. യുടെ ഫാസിസ്റ്റ് മുഖമാണ് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയത് എന്ന് സംഭവത്തെ കുറിച്ച് പ്രതികരിക്കവെ സി. ആര്‍. നീലകണ്ഠന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

The CPM of Pinaray Vijayan is a facist-mafia-terrorist organization.CPM in Idia, was not at any time a democratic organization.
Its recent criminal activities against Institutions and persons who oppose its views and its terrorist activites are under threat always.CPM of Pinary has prooved time and again that his Mafia party does not believe either in democracy or in Indian Consttuion by its manyfold ways of attack against democratic Institutions like Judiciary,Excecutive etc.
It is time that the Electon Commision Of India should band CPM of Pinaray as a political party and its terrorist youth and students wings like DYSF and SFI.
It is shame for the Home Minister Kodiyeri that a renowned political and social activist like C.R.Neelakandan is brutally attacked by the Mafia Group of DYSF of his CPM.
The Kerala public has every right to believe that the attack against Mr.Neelakandan is instigated and supported by Pinaray Vijayan and by his recent comment that his party would not tolarate any criticisam from Press and Media against his party and leaders.
The present political criminal situation is the aftermath of CPM´s leader Mr.Pinaray Vijayan´s total fustration with the democratic system of our country. He knows that he and his party has no chance in a democracy like India.
His present-day utterences and activities are come out from his failed mind to face the realities of Kerala politics.He knows that he can not win an electoin in a democratic way.That is why he preaches violence to silence his opponets in his party and outside.
His supporters in his party´s youth are practicing what he preaches.He has started his tactics of violence with Sacaria and continiueded with Neelakandan and the next victim of his terrorisam will be the ordinary people of Kerala.
If the government of VS Achuthanathan does not act to prevent the CPM violence in the state through his followers ,the court should intervene and issue arrest warrents against those who advocate and commit violence in the name of party politics.

What did you mean by using the term “CPM of Pinaray” ? Do not forget the fact that CPI-M is the largest political party in Kerala, being supported by millions of people ranging from intellectuals to commomn men. Your above note reveals not only your ‘blind anti CPI-M insanity’ but also your ignorance of the current affairs. Yes, ‘a leopard can’t change its marks’….GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Every person (including Georg) has right to dream….dreaming is not punishable under the law…..so dream, dream ……. dream again. But, never presume that the entire ‘Kerala public’ have the same ‘disease’.
It is really encouraging that our eminant writer and cultural and social leaders like Ms. Sugathakumari teacher has come out against the facist and barbaric attack agaisnt C.R.Neelakandan by the supportes of Pinaray Vijayan of CPM,while the so called paid preachers and writers of CPM like Dr.Sukumar Azhikoode and Mr.Mukundan ,have not yet shown courage to utter a word on the issue.
These people have lost their grace, ideals , impartiality and courage of convictions long ago and the Kerala Public has lost its faith in them .
They are doing so ,for they know that they too will face the same threat and attack from CPM caders like DYFI and SFI, no sooner than they speak out their mind independently.
They are playing safe for their lives and for their daily bread offerd from CPM of Pinaray Vijayan.
